Age requirements

This site and everything sold through it is intended only for adults who meet the legal age requirement in their jurisdiction. The minimum age, the wording of this requirement and the jurisdictions we serve are configured per market.

• You confirm your age before entering the site. That confirmation is stored on your own device for 30 days, and no personal information is collected to make it.
• An order will not be released to anyone who appears intoxicated.
• Buying cannabis on behalf of a person under the legal age is an offence. We refuse service where we believe that is happening.

Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order is ready for collection or dispatched, whichever applies in your market.

• Prices exclude taxes and excise, which are calculated at checkout for your selected market.
• Catalogue, pricing, availability and fulfilment all follow your selected market. Products unavailable in your market are not shown.
• Statutory purchase limits apply and are enforced at checkout.
• If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and refund that line in full.
• Obvious pricing errors do not oblige us to sell at the incorrect price; we cancel and refund rather than fulfil.

Product information

Product names, descriptions, images and cannabinoid figures are supplied by the producer and the retailer of record and are reproduced as supplied. We do not edit or endorse a producer's description, and we do not estimate a figure that was not provided.

Cannabinoid content is measured per batch and varies between batches. Where a reported figure is missing, or is inconsistent with the format it appears on, the field is left blank.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Cannabis products sold here have not been evaluated as a treatment for any medical condition. Discovery tags describing experience, flavour and experience level are navigation aids drawn from producer copy and product attributes; they are not claims about effect.

Acceptable use

• Do not use this site if you do not meet the legal age requirement where you are.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its data or other users' accounts.
• Do not scrape, republish or resell catalogue content without written permission.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order.
