What we collect

Age confirmation

A single flag stored in your browser for 30 days. It records only that the question was answered — no date of birth, no name, nothing that identifies you.

Your cart, favorites, location and recent searches

Stored in your own browser so the site remembers them between visits. They are not sent to us until you place an order.

Order information

Name, contact details, delivery address where applicable, order contents and payment confirmation. Needed to fulfil the order and to meet the record-keeping obligations a licensed cannabis retailer has.

Marketing email

Your email address, and only if you ask for it. Unsubscribe from any message.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not build advertising profiles from what you browse here.
• We do not share order history with producers or third-party brands.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses browser storage rather than tracking cookies for its own functionality — the age flag, your cart, favorites, selected location and recent searches. Clearing site data in your browser removes all of it.

Typefaces, product photography and editorial imagery are all served from this domain. There is no third-party font host, no advertising network and no social tracking pixel anywhere on this site.

Measurement

We count page views, which products are looked at, and how often a basket reaches checkout. That counting is done by this site, on our own server, and it stores counters — not people:

• No cookie is set for measurement, and nothing identifies you.
• A random value is held in your browser for the length of the tab, purely so one visit is not counted as twenty. It is discarded when the tab closes and is never linked to an order.
• The domain that linked you here is recorded, if there was one. Your full browsing history is not.
• No third party receives any of it, because no third party is involved.

Any payment provider used in production is disclosed here, with its purpose, before it is enabled.

How long we keep things

Order and compliance records are kept for the period the licence in that market requires. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Browser storage stays until you clear it.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us through our contact page and we will respond within the period the law in your jurisdiction allows.

Security

Access to order and compliance records is limited to staff who need it. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
