Getting it to you.

Local delivery

• Available in select regions where the licence supports it.
• Delivered in scheduled windows. Windows are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• We cannot leave an order unattended, with a neighbour, or in a safe place.
• If nobody is there to receive it, the order returns to the store and we contact you to rearrange.

Standard shipping

• Offered on eligible items only, following the rules in your jurisdiction. Many cannabis products cannot lawfully be shipped, and those are delivery only.
• Plain, unbranded outer packaging.
• Free on eligible orders over $150. Below that, the charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Checking your area

Use the location selector in the header, or the postcode box on the homepage. Catalogue, pricing and fulfilment options all follow your selection, and we never show a product as available where it is not.

Tracking

Order status is shown in your account, and we email at each stage. If something has not arrived when you expected it, tell us and we will chase it.
